What do The New Jersey State Aquarium, Cendant, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, CVS Pharmacy, Jiffy Lube, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey have in common? Absolutely nothing – except the versatile and extraordinarily creative talent of Dave Parkin, FMC’s Co-Creative Director.

Dave has developed scores of award-winning campaigns, in a career which spans 18 years as a Creative Director and Art Director serving diverse industries, including tourism, gaming, business-to-business, consumer and retail. In all cases, the common denominator is Dave’s unique ability to create compelling advertising which scores a direct hit on target audiences, no matter who they are.

Dave’s 1999 campaign for the New Jersey State Aquarium, "Can You Walk Like A Penguin?" was used to brand and promote the Aquarium's African Penguins. The campaign featured an MTV-like video with original music designed to captivate and motivate a regional target audience of school-aged kids and their parents. The result was an infectious advertising campaign which produced more visits to the Aquarium than any campaign in its history.

Dave is a graduate of the Utah State University, where he majored in Art and played college football. His penchant for strategic thinking was launched during his three-year NFL career as a safety for the Atlanta Falcons, Detroit Lions and Philadelphia Eagles. As an ad man he has a natural talent for leading clients to the end zone, time and time again.
