A Personal Message

One of the best things about having a small business is being able to personally build great relationships with clients and become a partner in their success.

Over the years as a writer and marketing strategist, I have created highly effective, award-winning work —  but what’s more compelling is that I have developed client relationships akin to happy marriages — relationships that have stood the test of time, including market challenges, economic downturns, and corporate restructuring.

Since 1989, when FMC began as a freelance copywriting firm, clients have referred other clients and so on, and so on.

They’ve had a lot of nice things to say about our work, and the way I do business.

And while they represent vastly different industries, a lot of what they say is the same. They like us. They trust us. They like the way we solve their problems.

They also like that I answer my own phone.

As an advertising/marketing professional, I know that the size of a firm does not make it better.  In the advertising business, brainpower is the inventory. Sometimes size and bureaucracy get in the way of smart solutions – not to mention affordability.
